The hotel exceeded our expectations with beautiful sea views, really comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness. However, the rooms are not as exquisite as one would expect from a typical 4-star hotel.

The staff's service was a mix of inefficiency when fixing the air conditioning but overall helpfulness. The location was a bit out of the way with limited nearby dining options. The dining experience had its highs and lows, from vegan options to disappointment with the quality for the price. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the beautiful location by the beach and the proactive staff assistance.
